- Facility full life cycle management, including facility configuration standard establishment, demand management, purchase, registration, inventory, inspection, etc.
- Organized the facility management process, controlled risks, optimized the process to improve efficiency.
- Be fully responsible for checking the facility of the company and ensuring the safety of the facility.
- Responsible for the regular inventory of the company's facility, Issue the list of facility.
- Improve the company's facility management system and facility management methods.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, finance or related is preferred.
- More than 2 years experience in facility management, experience in facility management system building or IDC facility management is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin or English would be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination ability, logical judgment ability, have certain risk management awareness;
- Good office skills, especially in Excel.
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good ability to work under pressure, able to work with high frequency of travel(nearly 50% or plus).
